OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY
International transfers and process and to continue the development of a reliable and standardized structure for the transfer routine. You will support local HR managers and help them optimize their know-how in this area.
Compensation & Benefits
Support and manage the implementation, reviewing and updating of Compensation & Benefit policies and procedures in accordance with MTG international processes and initiating and implementing new policies where required in accordance with MTG international guidelines.
International policy's, processes, reporting and KPI's
You will be responsible for the follow-up and support towards local HR concerning international processes and policies such as pension and insurance, sick-leave and maternity leave etc. Collecting statistics about these processes and also maintain the control over the International KPI?s set each year.
Responsible for Modern Responsibility from the HR perspective - this work involves developing and following up MTG Modern Responsibility initiatives with local HR. This includes promoting and communicating with local HR, also working closely with MR department.
HERE IS WHO WE THINK YOU ARE
We are looking for a person with at least 3-5 years of experience of/in:
• International transfers
• similar tasks, HR project management, managing contacts with a larger organisation and handling various HR systems/suppliers
• working in/with multicultural organisations
• probably from a HR function - if from a larger organisation, the role must be performed with sufficient independence
• planning and organize work and managing projects in a structured way
You have excellent verbal communication skills, the ability to relate well with others and to adapt style as needed. You are used to work proactively, take own initiatives and your personal motivation is strong. In this position we value confidentiality, integrity and professionalism.
