Have significant, proven experience within Regulatory Quality Assurance (QA) in a GLP and/or GCP environment, preferably within laboratories
Provide leadership, strategic decision making, and planning
Achieve results through the leadership of a team of reportees
Be highly motivated and willing to take responsibility for interdisciplinary tasks within the company
Set policies and strategy for QA
Be responsible for effective performance management, goals and objective setting and personal development planning.
Assure short and longer term individual and organizational development needs are identified, planned, and effectively implemented.
Provide compliance support & advice on GLP/GCP & ISO 17025 for the company as defined by laws & regulations, internal guidelines and SOPs
Lead the company through successful national, FDA and sponsor regulatory GLP/GCP & ISO inspections.
Be willing to travel and work between sites
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
A science degree
A strong scientific background and a sound knowledge of drug development, bioanalysis acquired through several years experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related institutions
Significant knowledge and experience of GLP and/or GCP, experience of ISO 17025 would be advantageous
A minimum of 10 years experience within QA
Participate in audits, both internal and/or external
Experience of developing and implementing auditing strategies
Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
Due to the international nature of the role fluency in written and spoken English is essential as well as a good command of Danish is advantageous
