Global Product Quality is working with Product Quality on buses in traffic and project phase. We are working with quality items all the way from customer operation all to our coming products. We are based in Gothenburg but also have personal in all Volvo Bus Production sites Poland, India, Mexico and Brazil.
Job description:
As a Quality Case Manager, QCM, you are involved in the entire chain from the moment a customer reports a technical problem to the time a solution has been developed and implemented into the bus.
You drive the development of solutions to quality problems and work to ensure that they do not recur. The ultimate aim is to increase customer satisfaction while maintaining satisfactory communication with colleagues and customers during the project and solving process.
The QCM is supported by Volvo's entire development resources in the form of problem-solving specialists, dedicated engineers, Materials Laboratory facilities, test facilities, and others.
The position is based in Gothenburg. It offers the advantages of highly varied work assignments and the opportunity to work with many different units within the Volvo Group.
Travel
Limited travelling is required, depending on the current case you are working on, maximum 10-20%.

Overall requirements:
• Master of Science or Business Administration
• Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
• Excellent spoken and written English (Additional languages are given merit)
• Maximum of two years previous work-experience prior to or after graduation
• International experience is meriting
Additional requirements
Experience of achieving customer satisfaction by product quality
Experience in Quality Methods to find project risks and do statistics analyze to of fault frequency to find product improvements
Drive line installation, hardware and connected systems experience.
Bus Design understanding
Proficiency in Swedish and English, and preferably in Spanish/German/French
Advantages:
Knowledge of Volvo systems and working methods such as Argus, GDP, KOLA, Protus.
Knowledge of Driveline, electrical and software.
Education
1st choice: M.Sc. Mechanical Engineering, Combustion Engineering or Electrical Engineering
