hela Sverige We are looking for an innovative, critical thinker with intellectual curiosity to learn about all aspects of the real estate development and operating business. This rotational program for MBA graduates provides international exposure at the intersection of commercial real estate, finance, retail and mixed-use. The program includes 3 rotations in business critical departments , 2 rotations in Sweden and also the chance to rotate in Europe. Join a global cohort of over 30 IGPs across Europe and the United States.

In this role, your main missions are:
The International Graduate Program is designed for professionals looking to jump-start their careers. Rotations across teams and geographies will expose participants to a cross-section of our multi-billion enterprise over the course of 12 months. Rotation Assignments will include Operation Management along with an opportunity for rotations in other departments including:
Development
Investment & Divestment
Leasing
Shopping Center Management
Marketing
Commercial Partnerships
What we are looking for
A graduating MBA student from a top Engineering/Business school
0,5-2 years of full-time work experience
Exposure to advanced concepts or projects, including financial modelling skills
Ability to think analytically, strategically and creatively about the future of real estate including retail, mixed-use and creating better places together
Eagerness for a diverse and international career
Desire for deepened exposure to the worlds of real estate, asset management, finance, and/or retail
A committed, independent, energetic, and results-oriented personality
