Optimalprint is an online printing company targeting consumers and small businesses. We make it easy for users to design and order printed thank you cards, invitation cards, fotobooks, business cards and much more with high quality at low cost online. Optimalprint has automised the order to delivery process with a unique software platform. Today we have more than 500 000 customers across 13 countries. The company launched in 2007 and continue to grow rapidely. .The team has a background from entrepreneurial companies such as Skype, Ebay Virgin and Tele2. Optimalprint has offices in Oslo, London, Stockholm, Tallin, Ukraine and Pakistan. We are now looking for German, French and/or Spanish speaking customer service agents to our Stockholm office.
As a customer service agent you?ll provide ?That was so good I can?t stop talking about them? - customer service via email to our customers. You?ll also help to develop our self-service tools and internal processes. We?ll also be exploring chat support shortly, so that should be something you?d like to do as well. The customer service team is currently working from Stockholm and Oslo. As the company grows we are looking to build a global service organisation with 24/7 support.
We?re looking for someone who?
• Is humble, curious and like to solve poblems in a creative way.
• Loves to help others. You can keep smiling even when dealing with tough customers.
• Has a passion for Optimalprint. You want to be part of the journey of building a global company in one of the fastest growing industries in the world.
• Speaks one of the following languages or all three ? German, French and/or Spanish. You also need to be comfortable with the English language.
In addition, you have to be an excellent writer who enjoys writing. Our customers love when we get back to them within 10 minutes with a clear, concise, and friendly answer.
