The International Service Line
The International Service Line is responsible for the management, development and handling of all cross border collections, e.g . when the creditor and the debtor are in different countries. The International Service Line consists today of approximately 80 people around Europe and a central team of 7 people. Since the current International Coordinator in the central team will be on maternity leave from mid April to December 31 2008, a substitute is needed from March 1 2008 until year end.

The International Coordinator reports to the Director of Group International. The position is located next to the mall in Sickla, Stockholm.

Job description

Main activities
The International Coordinator takes care of many of the daily tasks, as well as ad hoc duties, within the central team for the International Service Line

* Be the first point of contact for the internal and external queries/proposals and manage disputes between IJ/partner offices.
* Handle the processing and administration of IJ office/partner evaluations, inter-company policies, contact lists, and contracts concerning IJ offices and partners.
* Assist the new sales manager with prospecting, marketing and sales activities to Multinational companies and International Partners
* Manage ad-hoc projects/duties, and support to the Director of Group International
* Assist the Operations Development Manager in reviewing IJ's international operations
* Manage and further develop internet and intranet sites related to Group International
* The position requires a small portion of travel, 0-3 days/month, to European countries.

Your profile
Professional merits
We are looking for a colleague with:
* 3-5 years of experience in a coordination role within a lager organization
* Perfect command of English (written and spoken)
* Excellent experience in Microsoft Office, especially of Excel and Power Point
* Project management experience
* Experience of marketing activities, positive with experience of InDesign or similar software
* University degree
* Additional language skill is positive

Personal merits
* Excellent communication skills, with a strong sense of diplomacy for International communication
* Ability to organise a fluctuating workload and be pro-active in a self managing environment
* A doer, who likes to be in the middle of things, and who is thorough when working on detailed tasks
* A natural ability and interest to work in a multi cultural working environment.
