Patonomics AB, an entrepreneurial start up is looking for a key employee in Sweden. Although initial focus will be on India & Europe, but the candidate must be capable and agreed to focus on any local/global markets as and when required by Patonomics.
The candidate MUST have champion quality delivery capabilities in Due Diligence (in both tangible and intangible assets) & marketing the same.
The candidate must have well established networking with Key Investment Decision Makers at government and private agencies. The examples are
• Key Investment Decision Makers in Innovation Funds at Government Agencies.
• Key Investment Decision Makers for research in scientific, technical & medical institutes of repute at national & international level.
• Key Investment Decision Makers at Banks, Venture capital Funds, Private Equity Funds, Corporate Innovation Funds, Incubator Funds, Technology Scouting Funds, Intellectual Property Funds, Merger & Acquisition Funds, Corporate Business Development Fund, Academic S&T Research Funds, and Commercial S&T Research Funds.

Knowledge of Merger and Acquisition is essential and the candidate must have experience of due diligence in international joint ventures and should be able to take forward the proposed joint ventures. The candidate should be comfortable in the application of various valuations techniques of companies both tangible and intangible assets. The candidate should be able to analyze financial statements, off balance sheet exposure and also evaluate risk/liability associated with its client's derivative exposure.
The candidate would be an interface with the client and would be responsible for doing financial and technical analysis of the companies. The candidate should be frequently using statistical and non-statistical tools.
The candidate must have strong communication skill in written & verbal in English, Hindi & Bengali. Additional Language skills in Swedish, German, French, Chinese or Japanese will be added advantage.
The candidate will be responsible marketing in India & Europe, and might assume future responsibilities in America, or other parts of Asia-Pacific.
The candidate must have exposure to working in multicultural environment.
