Requirements:
• This job requires a unique skill set that combines strong business experience and general management skills (financial, analytical, strategic, operational, talent development), understanding of diverse inputs markets, gaining a deep knowledge of Africa continent domestic core businesses, strong language skills and cross-cultural adaptability, and the ability to work with and communicate across different levels both internally and externally.
• BA degree or higher
• Experience operating in an international environment is a must with a strong preference towards Africa countries.
• As the incumbent will be required to work across all stages of assigned projects, an agile skill set is required
• This includes analytical and creative abilities to identify new opportunities, project management skills to ensure strong execution of existing projects, and operational abilities to manage existing businesses
• Strong communication skills (interpersonal, written, oral) is required.
