hela Sverige The highly popular and fast-growing company Esportal are looking to strengthen their sharp sales-team with a new colleague, who will be focusing on building a strong client base outside of Sweden. The platform (esportal.com) currently have more than 750.000 registered users, generating over 1M game sessions monthly and spending an average of 53 minutes/ day on their platform. (Yes that's more than YouTube and Netflix.)
They are looking for someone with an innovative mindset and with a fantastic track record of building and maintaining client & agency relationships across the Nordics and beyond. The role is newly designed to meet a rapidly growing demand from top tier advertisers for esport-marketing following their expansion across the Nordics and EMEA. For the right candidate this position holds potential do develop into International Brand Partnership Director over time.
The position
Along with their brand partners they produce state of the art, branded gaming experiences on the platform and produce content that is distributed via the region's most viewed channel on twitch.tv and a network of influencers with over 15M followers.
As International Brand Partnership Manager, you will spear head their presence with clients and agencies outside of Sweden.
In short, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks:
• Building and maintaining relations to clients outside of Sweden
• Meet and exceed budget expectations and secure year on year growth.
• Work closely with the product team to funnel the need for data to create business opportunities.
• Be a spokesperson and an expert for esports.
• Have loads of fun with a crew that has set sail into the world!
To succeed in this position we think you have:
• At least 3 years of relevant academic education from a top level institution
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles. E.g., Content Marketing, KAM, Gaming/ E-sports Marketing or Agency Sales.
• A Nordic network of clients/ agencies.
• You are fluent in Swedish, Norwegian or Danish and English. Knowledge of German and/or Polish is a plus.
• Love for- and experience of gaming is a strong plus.
