To succeed at Almedahls we see as most important, that you are passionate about running and developing business and sales. That you have a proactive approach in the quest to support and drive your customers to profitable opportunities.

You also need to have an internal motor and be used to working independently. Ideally you will have extensive experience of working with international sales. You like to both establish new and develop existing contacts and clients. You are driven by achieving results. Fluent English is a must, Swedish could be your second or third language. You will be based in Sweden and have sales responsibility for your own client portfolio, both new and existing customers. You will participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and operate quite autonomously in an international environment.

Are you motivated for a new, exciting challenge and next step in your career?

We would like you to have:

A relevant degree at Bachelor or Master level
Working experience from idea-, concept- and/or solution sales B2B in 4-5 years, experience from a similar position in a multinational environment; i.e. likely a B2B commercial organisation which have developed best-in-class approaches within sales and customer management
An energetic, creative and confidence-inspiring approach
Proactivity, used to work near your clients, entering at an early stage and communicate on premium products and premium concepts
Experience from the interior decoration- or textile industry is not a pre-requisite.
A strong commercial skill-set and successful account management experience is valued above specific industry experience
Ability to communicate both aesthetics, technology and function embedded in products
Fluent written and oral English skills is a must. Proficiency in either French, German or Spanish at negotiation level is welcomed
Full and updated grasp of IT-systems and –tools including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word at user-level
