OptiFreeze preserve freshness and reduce waste
OptiFreeze's offering consists of a patented technology and machinery for the food and plant industry. The method can improve shelf life of fresh cut fruits, vegetables and flower cuttings. The same technology can be used to dry herbs, fruits and vegetables.

The OptiFreeze Process
The unique OptiFreeze process, called OptiCeptTM, is a processing system consisting of a vacuum impregnation machine and a PEF machine with vegetables, fruits, berries and herbs passing on a conveyor belt. For a quick overview please check out our process presentation.

It 's like flowers that can be frozen at night and by morning when temperature rises be back as nothing has happened. Optifreeze has applied natures way of preserve to food industry.

The food does not loose it texture, taste or nutrition as it tends to be the case with traditional freeze process. Additional to this OptFreeze extends foods and plants freshness and sustainability Eg cut flowers can extend the freshness from 4 to 11 days

We are looking for an International Account Manager to join our team and grow with us. You will take our products to new markets and customers, find new innovative and clever ways of doing business - B2B, trough partners and agents.

We are looking for someone with a solid background and experience of taking products to the market, building up business models and selling. Preferably selling machines, robots and/or frozen products within the food tech industry.

We think you have solid international experience and are used to meeting customers on a senior level, as well as on a technical level. You are familiar with pre-sales concepts and in technical sales -production. You're probably already thinking of potential clients and customers that would love to hear more about how Opti Freeze can scale up and make their business more profitable.

You will draft up and implement business strategies, set sales, budgets and targets.
Furthermore, you will identify potential customers, visit them and turn them into customers while working closely with your colleagues in R &D, production and support.

Who are we looking for?
Solid background in business development / sales from food industry
Previous experience as a buyer and/or sales in food industry
High knowledge of frozen food/plants/herbs solutions and business
Valid network to key players and accounts in food industry
> 5 years experience in complex sales to food industry
> 5 years as KAM or likewise in food Industry
Good practical knowledge of tenders and processes
Food and product development projects with clients
Previous experience from successful startups or development of sale and marketing business organizations in the food industry
