Vattenfall Customer Service is a European organization within the Vattenfall Group, which ensures that 7.5 million customers receives world-class service. In our Swedish operation, we have about 250 employees located in Stockholm and Umeå who work to exceed more than one million customers' expectations. We service private customers, energy companies, industries and other businesses.
We offer you to be a part of the best Nordic Customer Service in a flexible and independent role as Internal Service Officer. The Internal Service Officer has the responsibility to understand the business needs and to secure the delivery of the decided agreements with Clients. You will be the interface between Operation Nordic and our stakeholders with the aim to create good relationships and high quality deliveries. You coordinate and safeguard execution of incoming demands and questions.
We are looking for a person with higher education within economics, preferably Industrial engineering. You have more than 5 years working experience, for example as a key account manager or similar positions that includes customer relations. Knowledge of the electricity and heat businesses is seen as an advantage. You need to have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, German and Dutch is meritorious. You also have good computer knowledge (Ms Office).
As a person you have an analytic and precise work style and have a good understanding of financial context. You are good in taking initiative and enjoy taking responsibility. You are a team player with high customer focus.
