Our Swedish medium voltage switchgear production unit in Arlöv, DELTA, is currently seeking Internal Project Manager to start immediately.
What will you do?
Prepare and manage assigned switchgear projects and/or other orders (H3000, RM6, spare parts, small orders, etc.) in accordance with current procedures/schedules.
Based on technical specifications, identify materials for ordering.
Collect and distribute project-related documents in accordance with current procedures.
Review provided electrical designs and, in consultation with electrical design engineer, make necessary actions if needed.
Assist production with investigations and any changes/adaptations needed in case of issues, including electrical design.
Administer project time in time reporting and business systems.
Plan, coordinate, and participate in customer inspections.
Compile and communicate billing and credit documentation, such as additional materials and extra work.
Prepare and provide final documentation to Front Office project managers.
When necessary, assist the quotation department with technical investigations in connection with quotations.
Receive and assist in the investigation of customer complaints and report them to QS&E.
What will make you successful?
You have a technical education from a university with a focus on electrical engineering or technical high school qualifications with several years of relevant professional experience in electrical power.
Knowledge and experience within relevant norms as IEC 62271-200
You have experience in technical business operations.
You are proficient in IT usage, and knowledge of CAD is a plus
You have good language skills in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in project management is a plus
