hela Sverige We are looking for a Responsible IT person for setting up and managing the Internal IT Infrastructure for TCS in Sweden as per the IT policies specified by TCS. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with Infrastructure services group of TCS, Infrastructure Services group in TCS is responsible for managing all Internal IT including but not limited to Help desk management, Server management, Voice Infrastructure management, unified communication management etc.
Work in close cooperation with the EMEA team of TCS internal IT group to help and manage the IT setup for TCS Sweden.
Support & collaborate with the TCS corporate teams who are responsible for implementing the TCS corporate policies across all TCS locations worldwide.
Executive support, remote support
Asset\Inventory management as FAR
Asset refreshment and E-waste process to be maintained
Vendor management and IT procurement
Quality and process Compliance to be tracked
Security compliance on All Network Devices and compliance reports to be shared fortnightly
Security patches and SEPM Compliance on All Desktop and laptops to be upheld.
Vulnerability Assessment on All Network Devices and conclusion report on VA preparation.
Maintaining and Managing the QCPA Reports publishing for EMEA Region.
Audio conference account and reconcile management.
Implementation maintenance of Servers
Software\Hardware installation and troubleshooting computer related problems, including coordinating, installation of OS, software etc.
Windows Server installation\Configuration and troubleshooting
Network skills, LAN\WAN Switches, Router and Firewall configuration
Knowledge in Voice network domain like Cisco PBX management and configuration
Wireless network configuration and management
ITIL, Networking, Server Certifications are added advantage
IT Support during Europe Events
At least 7 years of work experience in the IT IS (IT Infrastructure Services) Outsourcing, Managed Services industry delivering large contracts and/or led the Solution Engagement for large contracts.
Bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus
7+ Years of experience working with Infrastructure Support
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an Infrastructure environment
Strong Knowledge on Desktop / Laptop / Sever imaging and troubleshooting.
Knowledge in Vendor Management and Procurement.
Experience of working with Internal/External stakeholders
Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model
Experience in Implementing, Maintaining and Managing the Servers, Networks and all IT environments.
Experience in Lotus / Exchange Mail Account.
