hela Sverige Once Upon is growing and we've now come to a point where we want to find the perfect person to take ownership of our internal IT. This role ranges from handling standard IT support (like troubleshooting when Emma's graphic card isn't working) to managing and developing our routines for IT security (like setting up standards to introduce new employees to programs like 1password). Since this is a new position at Once Upon you'll have the opportunity to influence our IT strategies and processes as well as the role in itself.

About the role
This role will be part of our area for internal support, today consisting of the Finance team and the People & Culture team. You will also work closely with our CTO and have several touching points with some of our Developers.
Some of the things you'll do:

Create and maintain IT policies, strategies, structures and processes. Communicate these internally.

Provide technical support to end-users within Once Upon.

Manage IT related questions on site in Skellefteå, e.g. procurement and maintenance of technical devices, explore new solutions for the hybrid workplace etc. Remotely support other sites.

Manage and develop (perhaps automize) the pre- and onboarding routine of new colleagues in regards of hard- and software, licenses etc.

Administer our Apple devices in JamfPro and manage the Once Upon staff in Google Workspace.

Handle IT security on an operational level. Be involved in strategic decisions regarding IT security.

Develop routines and educate our team members in IT security.

Participate in, or lead, procurement processes of new IT services.

Overall responsibility for all software services used as internal work tools. Support team leaders who are responsible for the specific needs of each team.

Collect requirements in order to apply the best support within IT
Your background
To qualify for this role you will need extensive and documented knowledge of information technologies and systems. You have previous experience in giving support in qualified IT matters, and both an interest and experience in handling IT security. Furthermore, you have knowledge in Mac and Google Workspace. Preferably, you come from a background in a similar role.

Location
Our headquarters are located in Skellefteå, in the North of Sweden. We also have colleagues working from our offices in Piteå, Örnsköldsvik and Stockholm, but for the role as IT Specialist we see great value in finding our candidate for employment at our office in Skellefteå.
