We are now looking for an Internal Control Analyst, to join our Governance & Internal Control team.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
You will enable the team to initiate full scale management testing to evaluate the implemented framework for internal control based on COSO. You will also help to meet an increased demand from the business regarding support in internal control- and process efficiency-related matters.
In this role you will:
Plan, perform and report management testing and internal control assessments Track remediation status Design, implement and document key controls and business processes Identify and implement business process improvements Provide support to the organization on questions relating to internal control Travel up to 30 days per year
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a person with an ability to work independently and proactively with limited supervision. You have a capacity of managing several projects and follow deadlines at the same time. You also have a strong aptitude for structuring of information.
We also believe that you have:
A University degree in finance or accounting At least 1 to 2 years of experience from Internal control, external audit or similar Good communication and argument skills Fluent skills in Swedish and English, both oral and in writing
The Governance & Internal Control team
Governance & Internal Control belongs to the finance department, but working with stakeholders in all departments and regions within Axis to implement, maintain and monitor an excellent framework for internal control based on COSO. The position will be part of a team of four including the director.
