We are looking for an InternalCommunicator & Executive Assistant to an international company.Your responsibility will be to ensure an effective internal communication with an additional focus on the communication from the management team. You are also supporting President and other senior executives from a customary executive assistant perspective which includesmanage all aspects of the President's calendar and manage travel and related expense reports.

To besuccessfulin this role we believeyouhave excellent communication skills overall and especially in written form (English and Swedish) and a comprehensive knowledge of all aspects of being a senior executive assistant. You have at least 5 years of relevant internal communications experience and 5 year's as previous senior executive assistant experience.

The assignment is a consultancy assignment from mid-August to mid-Januarydue to parental leave.
