Your mission - creating engaging and innovative communication In this position, you are a member of a small team contributing to an extensive range of high quality internal communication activities across the business. You ensure that all material complies with our internal policies and branding guidelines, and you pro-actively source, create and publish news from across the organization to raise awareness at Business Area level. You assist in communicating key messages and initiatives in an innovative and engaging way, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate the creation of multimedia content. As required, you also take responsibility for developing, managing and delivering project-based communication. Planning, drafting, editing and publishing high quality content across a range of channels is an essential part of the job. You drive the creative development of in-house videos including end-to-end production, front of camera and livestreaming. You also explore, recommend and test new internal communications channels, taking account of stakeholder feedback and industry best practice. In addition, you monitor reach and engagement and educate colleagues in new internal communication media. Lastly, you work closely with other parts of the Business Area Marketing and Communications function to raise internal awareness of the complete range of our activities.In this position, you have a global responsibility, but are located at our production site in Svedala, Sweden.Your character - a networking and creative communicator with attention to detailWe are looking for someone with a degree in Communications or Marketing, or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through work. You have a broad business understanding and at least three years' experience from working with internal communication in a global and diverse environment. Knowledge of intranet publishing and brand platforms, together with design skills and a high level of proficiency in editorial work, are required in this position - as is the ability to explain complex information in a clear and direct manner. You are proficient in a range of software, such as Office 365 and the Adobe suite. Experience of video production and social media is required, as is fluency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken. With a flexible, service-minded attitude and a sense of urgency in reaching objectives, you handle multiple tasks and priorities. Being self-motivated and working on your own initiative is a key part of your character, and you demonstrate confidence in connecting with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the business. Your creativity is accompanied by close attention to detail. You are a natural when it comes to collaboration and teamwork and use your exceptional communication and networking skills to achieve success.
