About the position:
UIQ Technology is expanding and we are now looking for an Internal Communications Manager to develop and manage the company's internal communication.
Your key responsibilities:
• Work with Head of Marketing Communications to develop an internal communications strategy and plan
• Manage the internal communications plan and secure its implementation
• Manage the internal communications budget
• Develop and maintain an internal network and work closely with internal stakeholders, in special the Human Resources department
• Project manage the development of a new intranet
• Work with the intranet as a key communication channel
• Coordinate and be part of arranging internal communication activities such as briefings and internal events
• Analyze the effectiveness of internal communication and make recommendations for improvements
Education:
• A Bachelor degree in Media and Communication Science, Business Administration, Economics or other relevant education
Experience:
• Worked with internal communications in a global organization, preferably on both a strategic and operational level
• Been involved in the development of, and worked with the intranet in a global organization
• Organized briefings and events
• Developed communication, information channels and knowledge tools
• Excellent communication and writing skills in both English and Swedish
Personal skills and abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
• Ability to use own initiative as well as work as part of a team to meet deadlines, while completing work of high standards
• Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to high standards
• Proactive attitude to problem solving and a flexible approach to tackling a wide variety of tasks
• Discretion and ability to deal with confidential matters
