The Internal Communications function informs, engages, listens to and aligns employees worldwide so that Tetra Pak can effectively achieve its strategic goals and fulfil its brand promise, to Protect What's Good, while sustaining pride and passion in the organisation.
Are you ready for an exciting position in Internal Communications? Tetra Pak is looking for an Internal Communications Manager that will be part of the Corporate Communications function, reporting to the Internal Communications Director.
This is a permanent position.
This position can be located in Lund (Sweden), Modena (Italy) or High Wycombe (UK), but you will work in a global arena supported by digital channels and remote collaboration software. Occasional traveling required.
What you will do
As our new Internal Communications Manager, you will be part of a global industry leader where our vision is that we commit to make food safe and available, everywhere. You will support an organisation or business in Tetra Pak with internal communications, working in collaboration with colleagues in Corporate Communications and stakeholders across Tetra Pak.
You will focus on
Writing and creating content
Plan, execute and follow-up communication activities in collaboration with colleagues
Create and execute internal communication plans to engage, inform and listen to employees
Ensure alignment with integrated communication plans (external, change and marketing communications)
Manage stakeholders, including coaching of leaders as needed
Help manage and improve as needed internal communications channels, including but not limited to the intranet, Microsoft 365 dialogue applications, content management systems, e-mail, video, social media, print, workshops and events, and line manager communications.
Who you are
You have strong abilities to work with and influence others, driving results through collaboration, adjusting to context and connecting with people on all levels of the organisation. As a person you have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility across all stakeholders. You have a good understanding of cultural behaviours and subsequent drivers. You enjoy working in a team, having the ability to build trust, and using informal authority to motivate and influence people.
You have a relevant university degree and a minimum of five years of internal communications experience. You thrive in an increasingly digital world and excel at driving engagement with tools for remote collaboration, such as webinar facilitation. You have a high level of presentation skills, project management skills and self-drive. An eye for visual communication and content creation is also an asset. You have an excellent command of verbal and written communication in English (samples will be required including a written test).
