Overview
We are looking for a driven Internal Communications Manager who is passionate about internal communications and wants to be part of our continuing journey in developing internal communication within SCA Group. As our Internal Communications Manager, you will be creating and implementing communication plans and content applying various communications channels, tools, target groups and stakeholders in order to deliver efficient and effective communications to support the SCA business objectives and increase knowledge about SCA internally.
The Communications Manager is a member of the Internal Communications team which is part of the Group Function Communications. You will report to the Vice President Internal Communications & Integrated Communications.
This position is located at SCA’s head office in the Waterfront Building in Stockholm, which houses the central units for Finance, Strategy and Business Development, Legal, Sustainability, Human Resources and Communications. Some 150 specialists work in an international environment where business processes are promoted through the global networks in the 60 countries where SCA is represented.
Main accountabilities and responsibilities
Manage and coordinate internal communications flow through effective internal communications channels to reach defined audiences and to meet specific objectives, in close cooperation with other Group Functions and Business Units
Contribute to the development and mix optimization of internal communication tools and channels to improve lines of communication within the organization
Story creating, writing and edit articles, blog posts and other materials to endorse awareness of SCA.
Publishing of content and monitor, oversee and facilitate the content, policy and guidelines in SCA internal channels following predefined guidelines.
Manage, coordinate and drive the Global Editorial Network in order to highlight news from the organization to distribute the SCA messages globally.
Act as support/contact for the global internal communications network and support best practices sharing.
Produce internal communications plans for internal stakeholders to effectively drive and implement initiatives globally.
Facilitate leaders in communicative leadership
Key Competencies
Experience and Background requirements
University degree or equivalent in communications, media or similar
3-5 years of relevant working experience in similar roles from an international company, stock listed company is meriting
Excellent communication skills in writing
Fluent in English, both written and oral, native speaking in English is meriting
Experience from planning, implementing and follow up on internal content
Good understanding of digital internal communications linked to business needs
Good ability to work with virtual networks and global matrix organizations
Excellent skills in Microsoft office and publishing of internal content
Personal profile
