The Internal Communication Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping and strengthening organizational communication. Responsibilities include developing strategic communication plans aligned with the organization's goals, producing engaging content for internal channels, and overseeing efficient communication across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic communication plans to align with organizational goals.
Produce engaging content for internal channels such as newsletters, intranet, and digital signage.
Drive employee engagement through innovative initiatives including events, surveys, and feedback sessions.
Develop crisis communication plans to keep employees informed and aligned during emergencies.
Collaborate closely with departments to ensure consistent messaging and promote transparency.
Utilize metrics and analytics to measure the success of communication strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure internal communication seamlessly aligns with the organization's brand and image.
Foster employer branding by partnering with talent acquisition and P&O teams.
Utilize external communication channels like LinkedIn and university boards to support employer branding activities.
Inform employees about the target external image and empower them to align communication and behaviors for positive brand advocacy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
Proven experience in internal communications in a corporate setting
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively and adapt to changing priorities
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms
Experience with metrics and analytics to evaluate communication effectiveness
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
