Furthermore you:
• are strong in managing change and transformations

• have the ability to handle multiple topics and changing priorities/deadlines
• strive to meet and exceed quality standards and produce quality work products
• perform work with care, accuracy, and attention to detail
• have the ability to both provide strategic direction and also love to roll up the sleeves and 'get hands' on
• 5 + years in the Communications area
• Experience in creating and supporting external communication is a plus.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As an Internal Communications Project Specialist your main focus is to drive the strategic internal communication project support to Group Functions (via Business Partners) to secure high-quality project support. It is also to drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered. This means that some of your tasks will be to:
• Support together with a team of internal communication specialists, co-worker engagement for IKEA's internal communication projects
• Drive project management of internal communication projects, taking a co-worker perspective. Deliver, execute, follow up.
• Work with stakeholder analysis and stakeholder management
• Work across function within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses
