You know how to communicate complex issues and concepts in a simple, clear and engaging way - what we call IKEA Tone of Voice. You are excellent in English and communicate verbally, in writing, visually and you have strong conceptualisation skills.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In the position as Internal Communication Project Specialist for Business Transformation, your overall scope is to enable successful transformation through world class communications. In this position you will support alignment with the overall Ingka* Business Transformation. You will drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
This means that there are lots of interesting and exciting responsibilities like being responsible for leading, creating, developing and executing relevant communication based upon plans, target group analysis, as part of the transformation agenda. You will enable change both in the known and in the unknown, supporting the change processes with dialogues and relevant, tailored communications.
This also means, at times that you take part of 'kraftsamla' ourselves, in producing and delivering according to the needs for the markets and group functions, enabling the change to happen. You are a strong team player and willing to jump in and support where needed in short notice, build on our common strengths as a group and help us improve as a team overall. In the end, you play a key role in driving and enabling our transformation.
