Presentation
Mölnlycke Health Care is looking for an Internal Communications Manager to take an active role in developing the Company's internal communications functio.
The purpose of the position is to drive the company's internal communications activities, take ownership of all internal communication channels and tools, as well as develop the internal communications strategy. More specifically the role's responsibilities also include facilitating employee engagement, increasing brand awareness internally, driving activities related to embedding core values, provide input into the Company's CSR strategy and drive related activities.

Publiceringsdatum2014-01-17Dina arbetsuppgifterAs an Internal Communication Manager you will create and execute the strategy for communicating and embedding the company's corporate strategy internally on a global basis. This means you will have to be a trusted business partner for senior managers to support them in their communication challenges.
Furthermore you will contribute to the succesful execution of Mölnlycke Health Care's corporate brand strategy on a global scale.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You should have at least 10 years of experience from marketing or communications and a high level of business acumen and financial literacy. You should also, prefereably, hold a Bachelor level degree or equivalent.
You are a driven communicator and enjoy taking an active role in operational work such as messaging, writing and editing. You are also business oriented with a cross-cultural understanding and have a natural capacity for influencing and building strong networks. Experience of Change Communication will be highly valued. Other personal strengths are that you are self-driven, outgoing and a genuine team player.
The position will entail working in an international environment. As a result you should be an excellent communicator in English, both written and spoken.
