Internal Communication Manager
Working with us never gets boring, our core values open and challenging drive our day to day tasks. It is simply different to what you may have experienced before. As an individual within this diverse and international team you'll be able to shape and adjust the role of internal communication manager according to your own but as well according to the company's needs. Your main responsibility will be to manage the internal communications to guarantee alignment and up to date information in the whole organization. This position is based in Gothenburg and the key responsibilities are:
- Internal communication strategy, processes and governance
- Planning and budgeting
- Intranet development, management and internal digital communication development
- Editorial management and publishing
- Articles and speeches writing
- Internal communications focus programs and events
- Key interface with Volvo, CEVT, Geely Group, London Taxi equivalent responsible(s)
- Reporting and follow-up
We value proactiveness, out of the box thinking and extraordinary writing and presentation skills. We desire copywriting to enhance the overall impression and require excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. As part of an energetic Marketing and PR department you will play a major role providing support to other functions as HR and Management team with relevant communicational guidance, activities and tools. Apart from these skills we look for a team member with:
- Excellent functional expertise in internal communications, both strategic and operational, including digital tools and channels
- Great video and presentation production skills
- Excellent editorial management competence across all internal channels and interfaces, translating strategy and organizational needs into people engagement
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, including efficient networking and building lasting relationships across functional and geographical areas
- Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize and initiate change
The internal communication manager will be reporting to the SVP Marketing and PR.
