Our client is seeking an Internal Communications Consultant to join their Communications team. You will play a crucial role in supporting internal communications teams across 27 markets worldwide. Your expertise and editorial talent will play a key role in creating engaging internal news stories that will be published on the client's internal channels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as an expert and editor for 27 markets, providing support to internal communications teams in crafting compelling internal news stories in English.
• Collaborate with various teams to develop internal communications materials, including letters, leadership messages, email marketing, and more.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of the client's narrative, including their purpose, strategy, and values, through impactful internal news stories.
• Plan, coordinate, and update the intranet pages of 27 markets.
• Manage the intranet and other internal channels and tools to publish news, measure performance, and report on results.
Qualifications:
• Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills and high editorial/writing standards
• Minimum of seven years of experience as a communicator or editor, in internal communications.
• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a complex, matrix environment.
This is a remote, part-time position with a duration of one year. The work is approximately 60-90 hours per month. As a consultant, you will be expected to bring your own computer and phone.
