hela Sverige Group Internal Audit (JG) is a part of the Finance and Business Control Group. JG belongs functionally to the CFO with a reporting line to Audit Committee. The main mission is to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services designed to add value and thereby improve the organisation's operations.
JG is now looking for an experienced and business minded Internal Auditor to join our team. This position will primarily be dedicated to audit assignments within our industrial and commercial operations. However, as a member of JG, you will also be given the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects throughout our global organisation.
The Internal Auditor is located at the Global Headquarters in Södertälje and reports to the Head of Group Internal Audit.
Your responsibilities
As our Internal Auditor you will be responsible for:
• carrying out risk assessments and develop audit scope
• perform audit assignments individually or as member of a team
• present the audit results in an audit report but also to Management when required
• Actively follow-up on the status of open internal audit issues
• to assist the Head of Group Internal Audit with the development of the annual audit plan and with periodic reporting to Audit Committee
• Promote and help establish internal control and Corporate Governance concepts throughout the organization
• to play an active role in further developing audit processes and methodologies.
Your profile
The successful candidate will need to be able to display the following experiences and qualities:
• A solid background from controlling, auditing, finance, treasury or accounting.
• A thorough understanding of internal auditing standards and experience in applying them to plan, perform and report on the evaluation of various financial, IT and operational processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to exhibit the leadership skills necessary to influence and obtain management buy-in for constructive and value adding change
• Experience in performing multiple projects and working with varying team members
• Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time.
Education
• University degree in Business administration or equivalent.
Experience
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant professional experience from controlling, auditing, finance, accounting or similar.
