Group Internal Audit is an independent, objective assurance and consulting activity designed to add value and improve Vattenfalls' operations. It helps Vattenfall accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. Both Investigation of potential fraud or inappropriate business conduct are an integral part of the audit process. Internal Audit reports to the Board (Audit Committee).
Job description and Main tasks
You will be offered a challenging position in a dynamic and international environment. The major tasks will consist of:
• Execution of IT audits (pre-, on-site and post phase) throughout the Vattenfall group.
• Communication of results to audited management.
• Preparation of audit reports summarizing, risks, findings and recommendations.
• Identification of risks within the audited unit besides the audit scope performed
• Assist in the development of understanding of internal controls in the units audited
Qualifications
We believe that you have a university degree in systems science or IT and at least three years experience from IT audit or internal control work. You have a strong understanding of internal controls and IT. It is also desirable that you have CISA accreditation. As our corporate language is English we expect that you are fluent in both oral and written English.
Personal Requirements
Your working style should be characterized by a proactive approach and a quality awareness. You should have strong interpersonal skills and appreciate team work.
Travels: The position requires frequent travel, mainly to Germany and the Netherlands.
