Position: Internal accountant at AMEXCI AB
Duration: temporary position 16 months
Location: Karlskoga, Sweden
AMEXCI's accountant will be on parental leave starting from May 2023 and we are currently looking for a skilled internal accountant to join our team during her absence. As our accountant you are responsible for handling all types of transactions in accordance with company processes. Independently compiling monthly financial statements, presenting economic data and analysis, as well as continuously enhancing and maintaining routines for bookkeeping are key parts of the daily job.

The Job:
• You will independently ensure all financial records and statements are in line with company processes and legal requirements
• You will support our management in financial reporting and tracking expenses
• You will be responsible for all daily accounting as payments, accounts payable, accounts receivable, VAT, etc
• You will compile monthly financial statements
• You will present finacial data and analysis
• You will manage the administration around payroll
• You will handle post and special deliveries
• You will report directly to the company CEO
• The position is 75-100% for 16 months, from May 2023 to September 2024
Qualifications:
• You have a degree in business economics or working experience
• You have solid knowledge in internal accounting
• Experience from working in an ERP system like Monitor is a plus
• You are accurate and pay good attention to detail
• You are flexible and fast learning
• You are comfortable working independently compiling and presenting financial data
• You are service minded
• You are confident in taking initiatives and driving continuously improvements
• Since our official company language is English, it is important that you have good English communication skills. All accounting and reporting are done in English.
