You will be responsible for the management and growth within an existing base of accounts, as well as acquiring new business through selling InterCall conferencing services to include Audio, Web, Video and Event, to an established base of zero billing accounts.

Your main responsibilities will be:
• Maintaining and developing relationships with all existing accounts by contacting and promoting InterCall's services and additional features, via telephone.
• Responsible for generating revenue growth within these accounts via telephone contact, web meetings and when necessary face to face visits
• Sourcing and identifying new users within existing and zero billing account bases, using telephone contact.
• General administration duties such as creating and sending emails and letters to customers, creating new users, maintaining Salesforce.com CRM tool, staying aware of competitors.
• Dealing with enquiries from account base, such as invoicing, product training and promotion of services within accounts along with setting up new users.
• Consistently achieving target.

• Excellent communication and negotiations skills in Swedish, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge and understanding of effective marketing tools and presentations.
• Good knowledge of conferencing market including competitors USP's.
• Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Internet.
• Ideal background in a similar role demonstrating high telephone customer contact and self- motivation.

On a personal level, you are a self-motivated individual that makes decisions in line with business, customer and client needs. You have a flexible approach to working, and you have to be able to work under pressure. You are well organised, with the ability to manage your own time and prioritise workload. At the same time you are an outgoing individual who enjoys working as part of a successful team
