LeanNova Engineering is an engineering service company situated in Trollhättan, Sweden, created in 2012 by former engineers from Saab Automobile AB. Together with our main investor Fouriertransform AB, we are developing the company to compete internationally, mainly focusing on the automotive industry. We offer our customers excellence in development and integration of systems and attributes for complete vehicles. We have since the start-up in February 2012 grown to over 150 employees with a majority of former Saab engineers but also persons with other experiences. We will continue to grow rapidly and we plan to open offices in Shanghai and Gothenburg.
Position description
As an Interior Safety Engineer you will be a part of the LeanNova Interior team, which is in a growing phase. Our strength is our experience and knowledge in complete system development and Integration of complete vehicle.
We are now looking for an engineer with experience from the vehicle industry. Experience from Interior Safety Systems development is an area in which we see a need in the near future, but other areas need to grow aswell. We have several customers who need support in the area of Interior Safety Systems development in different projects. You will placed in Trollhättan but need to have the possibility to work outside Trollhättan for periods of time.

• Driver/Passanger Airbags
• Roof Rail Airbag
• Steering Wheel
• Belt system
Skills & Requirements
• University degree or documented working experiance within Interior Safety Systems
• Minimum 5 years work experience within Interior Safety development
• Positive attitude , structured and like challening tasks
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Driving licence
