This role is to support the CXA packaging team in creating, implementing and maintaining improvements in ways of working, tools that are used and tasks related to resource planning. Until end of the year and possibly beyond we would look for a profile that has project management experience, if possible, with exposure to packaging creation.
About the position
As Packaging Coordinator, you will be part of the Consumer Experience Area Wellbeing - Packaging Team, reporting directly to the Packaging Manager. A dynamic, creative and multicultural team responsible to create the communication of that delights our consumers, from the way we communicate our products that build our brands.
In close collaboration with the different Business Areas, Content Team, Packaging Team and external suppliers, you will coordinate and oversee the creation of packaging and POS. You will ensure the timely delivery of milestones in the product development process.
Project and Stakeholder Management skills:
Own the planning of packaging creation in alignment with marketing initiatives & product commercial launch timings.
Set-up and maintain a full overview of workload for the packaging team, including project and resource planning and deadline visualization.
Manage incoming requests, ensure the agreed processes and standards are followed and propose project plans.
Drive collaboration with content team, Business Areas and packaging team.
Managing big scope, many and complex projects.
Agile Project management and process optimization experience.
Organizational & Leadership skills:
Aptitude for planning and project management.
Structured approach to managing workload (self and teams).
Solution-orientation and capacity to prioritize.
Team oriented approach and relationship builder.
Communication and influencing skills.
About you
You will typically possess a degree or higher-level qualification in a project management related discipline
You will have more than 3 years' experience.
You will be recognized within your competency peer group for your expertise and talent in your field, and for your specific competency knowledge and capability.
You will typically support the project team for projects requiring a high level of specialism in your competency.

This is a great opportunity to work with a fast-paced company. You will work at the global headquarters in Stockholm in Stadshagen. This is a consultant assignment staring March 1st 2021 and continues till December 31st 2021 (10 months).
Electrolux is collaboration with Next u for this assignment. That means that you would be hired with an hourly rate by Next u, but work for Electrolux.
