The role
As Junior Cash Manager at Majority you will be part of an outgoing and successful team of 5 people and report to the Head of Finance. The position offers tasks such as money movement, remittances, bank reconciliation, cash balance and liquidity. The role is an interim position (of approximately a year) with great opportunities for permanent employment.
Main tasks
Daily money movement
Responsible for the flow of funds
Daily and monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
Determine the daily cash position and manage the liquidity (forecasts)
Perform interest and FX calculations
Working capital management
Aid the accounting function
Various ad hoc projects and tasks
We are looking for
A fast learning, proactive and thorough individual ready to grow with Majority. A person who likes to work and dig into data together with key stakeholders and who thrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. We need someone who enjoys getting things done with a can-do attitude.
To be a successful candidate you have
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Experience within treasury, bank or equivalent is desirable
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work proactively
Willingness to drive projects and improvements
Attention to detail, thoroughness and high level of accountability
Ability to handle a large amount of transactions in a fast paced environment
Strong English both oral and written
Strong Excel skills
