När det gäller rekrytering kan behovet ibland vara tidsbegränsat och vi arbetar då med att förmedla konsulter för interimsuppdrag hos våra kunder. Just nu har en av våra kunder ett sådant behov.
We are looking for an interim IT Manager for our customer, based in Gothenburg. The assignment starts in May and is scheduled to run until the end of January 2023.
Main responsibilities
In this position you will work close to the organization and will continue to develop the IT department. You will be responsible for operations and management within the department and create the right conditions for a good IT environment. Main focus areas will be to build structure and develop how we follow up on KPI's, as well as work with Information Security. The department consists of 2 additional employees who focus on system development.
In this role you will
• Have the overall responsibility for the company's IT environment and budget
• Be responsible for agreements and communication with suppliers as well as follow up delivery and quality
• Work with Information Security related topics
• Be operationally involved in systems and integration and development ahead
• Training the organization in IT related updates
• Work strategically in projects with new investments within the area as well as managing existing and ongoing projects
Background and skills
To succeed we see that you have experience from similar position where you have been responsible for IT strategy and development plans. Your background probably contains:
• A minimum of 5 years of similar position with comparable responsibilities
• Educational background within IT or equivalent
• Experience of Information Security topics - ISO27000
• Experience of Office 365 and cloud hosting solution
• Experience of working close to suppliers
• Fluent in English, both in speech and writing

To succeed in the role you need to have a good ability to understand the needs of the business and good ability to interact with other departments as well as external suppliers. You have a strategic mindset but can also enjoy helping colleagues with simple IT problems. Furthermore, you enjoy a dynamic environment where you have the opportunity to develop an IT department.
