We are now looking for an interim HR Manager, covering for a parental leave. This is a 1 year assignment with start December 1st.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree with HR or equivalent
- 5+ years of HR experience from broad HR roles
- Fluent in English and professional experience of using English as business language.
- You thrive in an international and entrepreneurial company culture and are skilled to navigate a changing and creative environment.
- Consultative approach and agile mindset
- Previous experiences of working in a consultancy, with designers or other creative knowledge workers is a plus
- Digitally savvy is a plus
What you will do
You will be responsible for Veryday's strategic and operative HR work; HR processes, policies, practices, initiatives as well as HR focus areas relevant to the business strategy.
Manage office HR, including employer branding & recruiting, learning & development, compensation & benefits, performance management, leadership development, global mobility, health & work environment.
You will be a key business partner to Veryday leaders, and provide advice and counsel the leadership and employees on a range of human resource issues.
As a person you are people minded, trustworthy and have high social skills. You act with integrity and have a profound ability to communicate and build strong relationships.
To succeed in the role, you have a natural instinct to develop and improve. You are flexible and prestigeless as a person and you work structurally and operationally.
You will also be part of building the McKinsey Design community from a talent and people perspective.
Oversee compliance with relevant regulatory requirements. Also, oversee implementation of benefit programs, working with staff, Firm Benefits, and insurance companies to resolve issues.
