Arbetsuppgifter och ansvarsområden:
Financial Controller for the Product Line Oil Cooler is responsible for coordinating the controlling team in the two sites of Linköping and Kunshan. He/She supports the Product Line Management with analysis and reporting and builds the Business Cases to support any strategic decision at PL level.
The Financial Controller PL OC is member of PL Management Team and also functionally of the Group financial controlling department who is dealing with all the issues linked to daily and repetitive activities.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Controller PL OC is responsible for:
• Monthly, quarterly and year end actual result reporting, analysis and communication. The monthly reporting package consists of P&L, BS, Cash Flow, variation analysis, savings plan (Ti10) follow up, CAPEX follow up,...
• Monthly forecasting of result and cash
• Yearly budget
• Securing that IFRS rules are followed and applied
• Supporting Accounting Team with reporting and data as required by the auditors
• Monthly presentation of the result and forecast to the Product Line and the Group management
• Coordinating the operational KPIs reporting on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Overheads costs follow up, including approval of expenses
• IAR (Investment Approval Request) follow up
• Ad hoc analysis and business cases to support management decisions (Payback, NPV, IRR)
• Cash management (Working Capital, AR, AP) and overdue follow up
• Development project costs follow up
• Coordination and integration of Kunshan financial routines
• Work to continuously improve reporting routines and tools, in accordance with Group Finance directives
The Financial Controller PL OC is responsible for securing that the above mentioned activities are correctly performed, according to IFRS financial principles, in both sites of Linköping and Kunshan. It is also his/her responsibility to consolidate the sites performance in the Product Line performance when required.
Publiceringsdatum2018-03-09ProfilThe candidate should have a master degree in Economics or Industrial Engineering and at least 5 years in a similar position in manufacturing companies. A background in automotive companies is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of accounting and reporting based on IFRS principles
• Good knowledge of manufacturing companies and their processes. Capability to connect operational events with KPIs and financial reporting
• Good knowledge of reporting tools
• Capability to adapt reports and presentations to the target, from top management to the entire organization
• Precision and attention for the details, combined with the ability to understand the global view
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English
• Capability to lead team work and meetings
• Ability to work independently
• Good knowledge to use Office PC tools, especially Excel
