About the role

As our new Interim Chief Marketing Officer you will be leading and scaling our global marketing organization, which includes managing, inspiring and growing the local marketing, growth marketing, marketing operations, retention marketing and content & brand. We believe you have a solid data-driven and quantitative foundation with a strong understanding of campaign creation, segmentation, and analysis. And a strong passion for creative out of the box brands. Besides leading your own team you will also collaborate and lead across the organization, especially a close collaboration within the sales and sales development teams at Voyado. You will represent the voice of the brand and marketing department within the organization, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, commercial, customer services, and executive leadership. This is a temporary position, ideally starting in April 2022 and ending spring/summer 2023.

You will also be responsible for:

• Developing marketing strategies - with clear objectives and goals - for untapped areas of marketing investment, to help design and lead the continual evolution of our marketing organization and strategy, architecting a vision for how things should ideally work tied to results
• Support the development and implementation of a winning Lead Generation strategy, Customer Retention strategy and Partner Marketing Strategy
• Managing and controlling the execution of the overall marketing budget
• Continual market reviews, consumer trends and the activities of competitors
• Collaborating closely with the management team and cross-functional leaders (in product, customer success and commercial) to identify new opportunities to collaborate and drive customer acquisition, retention, and reach

So, who are you?

You have proven track record of leading and executing fully integrated marketing strategies to increase brand reach, customer acquisition, engagement, retention and meeting (and exceeding) revenue and profitability goals. You also love people management. Since you will be leading an incredibly talented team you will need to know how to develop, lead, motivate and get the best out of people.

Further skills & background:

• 6+ years in high-growth SaaS companies
• Are an excellent communicator; persuasive and collaborative
• Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing company performance, competitors, and market dynamics. Can quickly synthesize disparate data into a "position" and craft messaging that connects with a diverse audience of stakeholders; including prospects, customers and partners
• A hands-on, "can do" attitude, and a drive for outcome focused performance
• Established track record in successful product launches with measurable results

• Proven ability to analyze reports, dashboards, data and other tools to make critical decisions and recommendations to help lead the company to achieve its objectives and goals.

• Passionate about customer experience and technologies that impact companies and their customers
• Are innovative and flexible, you are all over the numbers and can adjust marketing tactics to specific markets and as the company scales.
• A true team player with extensive experience from working tight together with different sales teams
