hela Sverige <p>On behalf of Northvolt Just Arrived are looking for two experienced IT Supporters to join the team at Northvolt. Just like everyone at Northvolt, we believe you are a flexible problem solver. You are a communicative service-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have a curious mind about most things in IT infrastructure and a love for new technology which you are happy to share with a pedagogical approach and with a customer service attitude.</p>
<p>This is a consultancy assignment via Just Arrived, which means that you will be employed by Just Arrived and work as a consultant at Northvolt. The assignment is full time for three months. Starting date as soon as possible.</p>
<p>To be successful in this role and at Northvolt you need to have a positive and action oriented attitude. To take on this challenge we are looking for an individuals who has previous experience in IT Support. You have broad knowledge in IT technology and enjoy seeking the latest tech solutions to develop our IT department. Our ideal candidates are passionate about tech and thrives in a challenging and fast paced environment, wanting to find innovative and creative solutions. We believe you are independent, enjoy acting on your own initiative and are fluent in writing and speaking English and it is a merit if you can also communicate in Swedish.</p>
<p><strong>Work tasks</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Office 365 Applications management (Sharepoint, Outlook, Teams etc..)</li>
<li>Troubleshoot Windows PC and Office 365 applications (preferably using PowerShell)</li>
<li>Manage the Backup Systems of internal data</li>
<li>Administer and coordinate hardware orders, licenses, network lines and services</li>
<li>Work closely together with project managers and HR and facilitate onboarding</li>
<li>Set-up necessary training sessions for teams</li>
<li>Actively work with constant improvements of processes, tools and routines</li>
<li>Setup and maintain our Mobile Device Management System</li>
<li>Handle relations with suppliers and vendors (Buying/Leasing IT Related Hardware and Software)</li>
<li>Manage our intranet (no coding required) in Sharepoint</li>
<li>Administer office hardware (TV, printer, monitors, keyboards, conference phones etc) Office 365</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your background</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Educational background in IT or other relevant educational background</li>
<li>1 year of experience working within IT, and/or ability to pass technical case</li>
<li>Experience of working with external service suppliers and taking part in negotiations</li>
<li>Experience from both IT management and IT operations</li>
<li>IT security and strategy</li>
<li>Service and helpdesk</li>
<li>Fluent in English, written and spoken</li>
</ul>
<p>This position may open for transfer to Västerås.</p>
