hela Sverige We are now looking for an experienced Developer to maintain products, Interconnect solutions connector and cables- We have responsibility to support and design for the whole link we are participating in design activities all over Ericsson, Radio, power, digital, core (units, nodes, networks, systems and solutions). Your role will include all development activities such as: requirement analysis, system design, architecture design, hardware design, software design, integration, verification, simulations, tools design, Product Lifecycle Management support and product documentation. We work in early stages of the PLCM with roadmap and technic foresight and later on in product lifecycke with customer trouble report 's and cost focus on mature products.
Our focus is on Lean and Agile ways of working. We organize in cross functional development teams in which continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing is part of the daily work. Co-operation with global production sites and other design centers in Sweden, China and Canada is part of the daily work. We keep track of new technology, methodology and design techniques, ensuring that our design activities are kept at a world class level.

Position Qualifications
You take initiative and are willing to adopt new methods and techniques. You work well independently, but you are also a team player with good communication skills. You have worked some years within the field.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
• Master in Physics, electrical engineering or the equivalent level of knowledge
