THIS IS THE JOB
Our ultimate company goal is helping our clients to become data-driven. The role as an Interaction Designer is new to us at Stratiteq and it is your mission to take the lead within UX. This means to both be the driving force when it comes to involve colleagues in the UX work, and to create business opportunities within UX with our clients. Together with our competent UI consultant, you make a true impact in the clients solutions. Your interaction design skills will make the difference so obvious that the clients don't want anything else. You also work with front-end developers but when needed you will be creating the designs and flows yourself. You will be a part of agile projects and have an understanding of the interaction between technology, design and communication.
THIS IS YOU
To succeed as a Interaction Designer at Stratiteq, you are a person who wants to put UX/UI on the Stratiteq map and be the one that drives and inspires others within UX, both internally and with clients. You are prestigeless as a person and can both work hands on, strategically and with ad hoc tasks. Building the UX work is a process that will take some time, and we believe that it is important that you are persistent in your work and have an understanding of the process, and find the process as a fun challenge.
We believe that you have excellent experience working with interaction design and concepts in digital interfaces. You are passionate about the details but understand that its more important with the bigger picture. You enjoy testing new types of solutions, and going beyond the obvious. You are inspirational and feel secure in the client relationship. In addition, you like to discuss your views of things and develop ideas together with others. You have a burning interest in making complex things easy to use and understandable to develop.
One of the most important qualities we are looking for is passion as we believe that if you have passion for your craft, you can learn the skills. However, If you can add one or more of the skills below things are looking a bit extra good;
• Work experience in front-end development
• Experience in interviews, user studies for customer insights
• Experience in creation and work with personas through UX research
• Experience in concept development in digital channels
• Experience in UX design / Interaction design and Wireframes
• Experience in web design and mockups in applications such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Bootstrap. Balsamiq etc. to achieve interactive prototypes
• Experience Maps, User Journeys and User Flows
• Experience in creating style guidelines for developers
• Preferable experience of Microsoft platforms as Azure
• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
