Assignment description
You are a strong individual drive and ability to share and involve other team members. Initiate work from a service design perspective and work through the whole process towards a solution. Knowledge of how to move forward by applying suitable methods and ways of working. For example, when and how to use service blueprints, customer journeys, use cases and scenario building, user testing, user flows, wireframes, etc. Explore the appropriate interaction patterns and behaviors for the best end user brand experience. Secure full brand cohesiveness for systems used both on- and offboard. Deliver the brand promise and deliver on the brand design strategy
Requirements
• Highly motivated, flexible, and able to work under constrained time Schedules
• Automotive experience is a huge advantage.
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince
• Experience with design research and design validation process
Personal attributes
You need to be creative, self-driven and out going.
• Professional and communicative,
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
• A team player and open to working in an international environment.
