About the position:
We are looking for a skilled Interaction Designer to be part of our growing team and continue to evolve the UIQ Platform with the latest technologies, standards and UI design for upcoming mobile
phone releases and to make UIQ products an ultimate user experience.
Typical working tasks include being a part of the work with requirement analysis, design and specification of the user interface and the usability aspects of the UIQ product. You will work in a cross
functional team together with e.g. Software Engineers and Test Engineers focused on end-user aspects of the development and always strive to deliver the highest quality to our clients.
Education:
• A university degree in Interaction design, HCI, MMI, GUI design, Industrial design, Cognitive science or Usability engineering
Knowledge:
• Speak and write English fluently
• Experience of working with interaction/GUI design and usability
• Experience of working with small screen devices is advantageous
• Knowledge in tools commonly used for design and visualizations (e.g. Photoshop, Visio, Flash)is an advantage
• Documentation skills.Knowledge in XML is an advantage
The applicant to this position needs to clearly define his/her qualifications in the following areas; Interaction Design, Graphical Design, Prototyping, Usability evaluation and Technical knowledge
