hela Sverige The Volvo Group International Graduate Programme gives you a unique opportunity to gain a holistic view of the Volvo Group and to kick-start your career through international assignments, work in different parts of the organization, networking, and professional and personal development. Upon completion of the programme, you will continue to work in the position you were recruited.
The programme runs for 12 months and includes a combination of common and individual graduate activities and day-to-day work at the home company. It consists of three weeks of common development activities at different locations globally, where the participants meet and network. Common activities in the latest programme took place in Gothenburg, Sweden, Ageo, Japan and Greensboro, USA.
The programme also includes learning activities in your home organisation and an international assignment.
During the programme you will participate in training sessions covering fundamental Group concepts, such as diversity, personal development, project management, cross cultural communication etc.

Position
The Group Trucks Sales Business Control is responsible for the overall controlling for global commercial Truck Business.
The mission of the Business Controller GTS position is to provide proactive, efficient and effective controlling in the form of performance analysis, risk assessments, business fact presentations, identification of corrective actions and active project support. This work is done in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders and the notions of Support, Challenge and Control are present in the daily work.
We are a new function with experienced employees. There will be a lot of interesting tasks and projects going forward where we see that a trainee would be a perfect resource as well as it would give the trainee a lot of experience and development For the GTS Business Control Function you can bring new academic competence to the function.
You will:
Participate in the daily work for the function such as doing analysis of actuals, forecasting etc.
Drive own projects within controlling and planning within Group Trucks Sales. Special focus will be on the balance sheet items such as inventory and A/R.
Develop our business intelligence usage further by implementing the new visualization software
Overall requirements:
Master of Science or Business Administration
Valid work-permit for applied country if not citizen
Excellent spoken and written English (Additional languages are given merit)
Maximum of two years previous work-experience after graduation
International experience is meriting
Education
1st choice: Master of Business Administration
2nd choice: Master of Science
