Customer Service and Solution is a new department within Volvo CE. We have the responsibility to deliver the future services for the success of our customers in the area of intelligent machines and telematics solutions. Our team is in charge of developing the Co-pilot and CareTrack platforms as well as preparing future with autonomous vehicles and site management solutions.

Job Description
We are looking for a Verification Leader who will be responsible to secure the quality of our solutions. The verification leader has a key role in our projects, his main mission being to coordinate all activities related to verification together with a cross-functional team. Your job will be to:*Initiate and coordinate VnV activities within the different projects
• Contribute to requirement review and definition
• Define verification strategy
• Drive verification engineers and manage resources to secure verification activities are performed according to plan.
• Work closely with project teams to align time plans, resources and quality
• Lead the development of new test protocols to adapt to our ongoing technology shift
• Create and maintain a cross-functional network with all stakeholders involved in our solutions

Who are you?
You are structured, rigorous, efficient, proactive and like to interact with other people. Even more important, you are open-minded, positive, creative, fond of technology, and have the "Make it happen" attitude.
Required knowledge/Experience:*Master degree in Electronics, Computer Science, IT or recognized equivalent
• Experience in software testing (Integration, end to end functional testing)
• Strong leadership to coordinate cross functional teams
• Main project management skills (plan, lead, follow-up, communicate...)
• Great communication skills in English written and spoken
• Speaking Swedish is a merit
• Enjoy to work in a multicultural environment
