Professional and Personal Profile
• A PhD in biochemistry/biotechnology/ Molecular biology.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in performing database searches.
• Knowledge and interest in IP (mainly patents) and legal matters e.g. licence agreements.
• Interest to learn more about IP administration and prosecution
• Experience from work with private companies, preferably R&D companies
• Good in writing and speaking English.
Key Assignments
• Make database searches in relation to protein targets to be or being in-licensed to find state of the art patents and patent applications.
• Make such database searches in relation to our proprietary projects.
• Evaluate and communicate the results with IP and business intelligence.
• Being involved in freedom-to-operate analyses
• Being involved in the in-licensing process and follow-up IP within said process.
• Being the link between IP and business intelligence.
• Being involved in IP administration and prosecution.
