What does your working day look like?
As a member of the Integration Team you have a key role in successful customer implementation to the Btwentyfour Omnichannel Platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional internal project teams as well as directly with customer technical contacts, depending on the different projects' designs. You will provide technical integration support between our customer and the Btwentyfour Omnichannel Platform, resulting in further enabled business opportunities for our customers and expansion of our network.
Integration team's responsibilities include:
• Analyzing source data together with customer technical contacts and take responsibility for systematically converting and mapping the data to our platform.
• Performing technical integration actions, including communication setup, data conversion, testing and evaluation, all the way to a production state.
• Providing 2nd line support by investigating and solving temporary operational disturbance related to existing customer integrations.

Required skills:
• Fluent in English & Swedish (written and verbal)
• Solid experience of working with data integration
• Good knowledge of different data formats (such as xml, JSON, Edi-fact & X12)
• Good knowledge of data exchange using different communication protocols (such as FTP/SFTP,AS2 and API)
Preferred skills
• Proficiency in specific data mapping software (such as Inobiz & Altova Mapforce)
• Basic programming
• Background from working within Supply Chain / Retail / E-commerce / Logistics / Finance
• Language skills other than English or Swedish (German, French)
