All about the role:
Digital HR is a cross-functional team within Group HR and Group IT responsible for the implementation, operation & support of Electrolux's global HR platforms and systems. The team plays a key role in driving globalization and continuous improvement of Electrolux's HR/People processes leveraging platforms such as Cornerstone, EdCast, Workday, DocuSign, PowerBI, Glint, and Phenom People.
We are looking for an Integrations Lead to strengthen our team to help implement and continuously improve solutions the solutions in our Digital HR landscape
Our Digital People Initiatives for 2022-2024 include the implementation of Workday as a global People Data Management solution, Cornerstone+EdCast as a global People Experience Platform. To tie our landscape together we will also be building over 30 integrations. To achieve our ambitious integration goals and architecture, we plan to leverage both Workday-based and Azure Cloud-based integration solutions.
This role is for you if you are keen on designing, building, and improving solutions and you enjoy working in a diverse, global team.
What you'll do:
• Develop and drive integration strategy for the HR area
• Own the HR application architecture
• Lead the integrations area, manage the team's daily operations, lead and coach other team members
• Contribute to the overall roadmap and release planning, defining and prioritizing a backlog of work together with the Product Owners, Process Owners, SMEs, Analysts and Developers
• Design, build, test and deploy Workday Integration solutions (hands-on)
• Create integration specifications, data mapping files, discover and document data transformation logic
• Act as a technical lead in the upcoming projects with a focus on the integrations area
Who you are:
• A professional with great leadership skills and capacity to organize, plan and supervise work
• You possess strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills
• Deeply knowledgeable and passionate about HR Technology, People Data Management, Integrations processes & tools
• Independent, self-motivated, and structured with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate progress in a rapidly changing environment
• Pragmatic, with a great understanding of the trade-offs between the perfect solution and a working solution, and the importance of keeping the focus on end-user needs
• With a positive mindset and a can-do attitude, capable of seeing opportunity and potential in the encountered challenges
• Great at thinking out-of-the-box, proposing creative and innovative solutions, and driving them from the idea, through development to delivery
• Understanding the value of collaboration and partnership within a team
Qualifications:
• Experience in the integrations area is a must; experience with Workday integrations and/or Azure Cloud integrations is considered a plus
• 5+ years of experience with HR Technology (Core HCM, HR Integrations) with strong overall knowledge of the HR processes and tools
• Experience working in a global, diverse, multinational environment
• Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is considered a plus
• Understanding and experience in Agile ways of working
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Additional languages are considered a plus
