Jeppesen Gothenburg is looking for an Integration System Administrator
The Integration System Administrator will be responsible for our Integration Test environment. As well as building and maintaining the integration environment, he or she will work closely with Jeppesen's Developers and Software Testers to identify and fix integration issues early in the development process.Through the Integration Environment, the Integration System Administrator will act as a bridge between developers and testers of individual component subsystems to ensure that our complex systems function correctly. The Integration System Administrator will build and test integration releases regularly.
A successful candidate should have a good technical knowledge of Unix based systems and should have excellent interpersonal skills. The Integration System Administrator will provide technical solutions to complex problems and that requires a person who acts with ingenuity and who has a creative mind.
The role will involve:
• Maintaining the integration environment
• Building integration releases
• Designing, building and executing System Integration Tests
• Automating the system integration process
• Identifying and solving integration issues early.
• Liasing with Project Managers, System Testers, Developers etc regarding system integration issues
• Building up a good knowledge our our systems
