Job description is below:
10+ Years of relevant experience at the minimum
• Overall responsible for the MQ & WMB/IIB infrastructure & architecture.
• Taking important decisions about the changes in the infrastructure & lead their implementation.
• Continuous improvement of the infrastructure based upon best practices in the industry.
Mandatory Skill Sets
• Minimum 10+ Years in the industry
• At least 70% of it in integrations area in a core manner & especially in WMB/IIB & MQ.
• At least 3+ years in SOA
• Good experience in Lean and Agile software development
Soft Skills Requirements
• Good communication skills, fluency in English. Communicative, pedagogical and have a drive to share knowledge
• Team player, structured and flexible
• Quality mind set and a strong sense of responsibility
• Flexibility to work in an Onsite-Offshore global delivery model
